VO:ICE - The Virtual Online Fitness & Wellbeing Academy

Founded by award winning coach Louise Walden-Edwards VO:ICE is an online, virtual, off ice solution for figure skaters and non-skaters all over the world. Louise created VO:ICE Academy to provide a positive, discrete, inclusive, friendly, non-judgemental and productive environment, which aims to educate individuals through expert knowledge, compassion and kindness.

Inclusive Skating
Inclusive Skating is a charity organisation recognised worldwide, that provides competitions, activities, education & training for skaters with additional needs. Inclusive Skating helps individuals, their families and carers, learn to skate in a thoughtful and supportive environment. There are many competition and events run annually, including virtual events that are 'open to all'.
Let's Skate
Let's Skate is an initiative created by the British Ice Skating Association, funded by UK Sport and created to make ice skating more accessible to all. It intends to deliver opportunities for disabled people to get involved with ice skating through many channels such as taking part, volunteering, coaching or in an official capacity.
British Ice Skating - BIS
British Ice Skating is the National Governing Body for Ice Skating in the UK. It is responsible for the sports of Singles Figure Skating, Pairs Figure Skating, Ice Dance, Synchronized Skating, Short Track Speed Skating and Long Track Speed Skating
International Skating Union - ISU
The International Skating Union was founded in 1892 and is the world governing body for competitive ice skating. It promotes all disciplines including figure skating, ice dance, syncronised skating, speed skating, and short track speed skating. It governs the rules, regulations and oversees the major international competitions and championship events.
United States Figure Skating Association - USFSA
The United States Figure Skating Association is the national governing body for figure skating in the USA.
Skate Canada
Skate Canada is the national governing body for figure skating in Canada and is the oldest and largest figure skating association in the world. It aims to inspire "everyone to experience the joy of figure skating".
The Ice Sports Industry - ISI
The Ice Sports Industry is an international not for profit organisation for all aspects of the industry. "The objective of ISI is to encourage participation in recreational ice sports without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, or veteran status."
Pride Sports UK
Pride Sports was established in 2006 and remains one of the few organisations challenging homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in sport and aims to improve access to sport for LGBT+ people.
Cerebral Palsy Sport
Cerebral Palsy Sport is the national disability sports organisation of the UK, that supports people with Cerebral Palsy. It is helping people to access and enjoy being physically active throughout their lives​ and strive to make physical activities accessible for everyone with Cerebral Palsy.
Limb Power
LimbPower are dedicated to making sport and physical activity accessible to amputees and people with limb differences, through supporting other organisations to create opportunities to participate.
Dwarf Sports Association UK - DSAuk
DSAuk has made it their mission to make regular sporting opportunities accessible and enjoyable to anyone and everyone with dwarfism. Regardless of their race, colour, ethnic origin, gender, location, sporting ability or financial support, they want everyone to have a chance to participate and have 9 regions in operation throughout the UK.
